About me

Zach Baughan is a certified MBSR teacher and Integral Facilitator. Zach has been practicing meditation everyday for over 7 years and started his sales career when he was 16 years old, selling dress shoes to bankers online. Through diligent study and application, Zach attributes his work to some of the greats in the mindfulness and personal development community including Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Jen Sincero, Gabrielle Bernstein, Esther Hicks, Tim Ferriss, and many others.

Zach is passionate about helping others achieve complete happiness and fulfillment in the pursuit of higher goals. He believes that life is the push and pull of being in the present moment while working towards and embodying your higher purpose. Through his natural curiosity and personal experience, Zach has immersed himself in a treasure trove of knowledge brought on by the technological revolution. He believes that the greatest opportunity in today’s fast-paced environment lies in learning how to sift through information and take what serves you and calls you to go deep.

In his personal life, Zach loves to travel, read, try out new restaurants, and dream. He spends a majority of his down time sitting in meditation and training at the gym. Zach is a Zen student and goes on three week-long retreats a year and is great at creating visions and seeing potential for himself and others. He believes that what we do in our downtime reflects our true values.
